Cleaning Hacks

My husband works in the garage at a car dealership locally.
As you may have guessed he comes home filthy. I feel like I spend most of my time at home cleaning.
I actually just noticed there is a spot on our doorway where he must grab onto or touch everyday he comes home that I managed to miss because it's just disgusting.

Here are a few of my favorite cleaning tips:
 A drill attachment scrub brush.
This is my go to for scrubbing the tub.

The less physical work I gotta put myself through the better.

Scrub Brush Attachment

It's $9.26 and qualifies for free shipping with Amazon Prime.

It's a lifesaver.

This one I can't even really take all the credit for. H
When we were moving out of our previous rental, the tub was old and already stained before we arrived. I ran across this post on pinterest.
It got rid of the stains and made the tub look good as new.
Magic Erasers. These things are great. You can use them dry to wipe down your tv, computer, or cell phone screens. Wet them down and wipe off so much stuff. They're actually incredible. You can get them at amazon, here.

I feel like Dawn dish soap is like the cure all for almost anything cleaning related.

My mom swore by it, my grandma swears by it and I swear by it. Its great as it's own spot treatment, or just added to a load of dirty clothes and it really does the trick.
Great for grease and oil.

If you have a husband who comes home from work filthy every day (like mine) I recommend a Charcoal Body scrub to get all the gunk out and clean him up.
My husband I actually both love The Dark by Perfectly Posh. The scent is gender neutral. Kind of like a fresh sea smell. I kind of wish I could get a perfume of the scent.

What works for you to clean? Do you have any great tips. Leave them in the comments below!

Xoxo, T
