Comfortable and cute shoes to wear at work

Sorry I am late on my post today. Yesterday was brutal for me. I moved from a desk where I sat for ninety percent of my day to a stand up desk where I stand ninety five percent of my day. Yesterday was my first full day of standing all day. I knew I was going to be sore but I was significantly more sore than I expected.

Fashion Friday: Maxi Wrap Dress

Hello folks. It's been a crazy week. I am glad it's Friday. Yesterday was my niece's 5th Birthday! I was lucky enough to have a half day and be able to spend time with her and Liz. It's cooled down temperature wise to about what normal would be for this area which has been a heaven sent. Going for another summer casual chic look.

Decorating the perfect room: my way

Today I am exhausted. Unbelievably exhausted. I haven't slept well all week and today it's all catching up with me. I have a short day at work, so hopefully I'll get home early and feel refreshed. So I have opted to rework an old discussion from my tumblr.

How would you decorate the perfect room?

This is such a tough question. It would need a balance between masculinity and femininity.

What to wear to a wedding?

We have two weddings coming up and I am not sure what to wear. I keep wanting to wear something I already own, but I am unsure if what I have is too casual. I have 5 dress options.
I just keep going back and forth about what I want to do. Even when I get a dress picked I am not even sure how I want to style them. Then I need to figure out what to make my husband wear. It's a lot to figure out.
I feel like it's easier to imitate something you liked or take inspiration from another look but it's difficult when you're pulled so many different ways.

Odd random q&a about myself

Morning friends! Yesterday was a enough Monday for sure. Last night my dogs woke up and were just not in a mood for sleep. Buck (who is still in an E-Collar from being neutered) was just prancing about our yard at an ungodly hour. Today I decided we could do one of those question and answer Facebook Surveys.
I feel like every once in a while it's nice to fill out those Facebook quizes to get to know a little more about eachother.

Menswear Monday: Denim Button Down

Hello. I hope everyone had a marvelous weekend! This weekend included a lot of housework for us. We keep delaying on doing yard work and anything requiring too much work because it's been unseasonably warm in the Upper Peninsula, but we finally cracked, we sweat our butts off, but we took care a lot on the to do list.
It's Menswear Monday where I take an outfit and locate pieces inspired by the the outfit for the big and tall gentlemen.

How I met my best friend, Liz.

My whole life my mom had a best friend. Back when I was a child, I couldn't wait until I had the same kind relationship. I remember kind of wishing that "Best Friend" status on all my friends.
I have other best friends growing up, but not like Liz. I genuinely believe everyone has a soul mate and your best friend is the friend equivalent.
