4 bone-in pork chops (or boneless)
1 envelope onion soup mix (1 oz. packet)
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth (lower sodium)
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry pork gravy mix (1 oz. packet)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
to thicken sauce:
3 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. cold water
3 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. cold water
For freezer dump meal I put the whole thing into a freezer bag except the cornstarch and water, I add that after the fact.
Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours and they're perfect.
I have been getting into dump meals because its really easy to prepare the meals on the weekends to cook during the week. My husband and I are exhausted when we get home and the last thing we want to do is plan, prepare, and cook. This way dinner is ready to go.
What are your go-to's for making your work week easier? Do you meal prep? What's your experiences with that? Let me know in the comments!
Xoxo, T
