Sorry I am late on my post today. Yesterday was brutal for me. I moved from a desk where I sat for ninety percent of my day to a stand up desk where I stand ninety five percent of my day. Yesterday was my first full day of standing all day. I knew I was going to be sore but I was significantly more sore than I expected.
I wish that at my work we were allowed to wear tennis shoes all day for sake of comfort, but I since I work in an office setting I want to give a more professional appearance. (Plus with exception of a doctor's note, my work dress code requires dress shoes.) However, I didn't plan ahead to wear comfortable shoes at work yesterday. I wore shoes that sacrificed comfort for style. Boy oh boy am I paying for it.
That being said, I decided to create a little post with office appropriate comfortable work shoes.
