I plan on doing little to nothing, enjoying the festivities and the parade.
At least once a year, mid winter when I am digging myself out of the snow I convince myself that I could live in a warmer climate.
Once a year, mother nature hears me make this wild outlandish claim and the queen of vengeance that mother nature can be, she makes me eat my words by making it ridiculously hot for like a week.
It's been like 93 with humidity which is insanity. 85 with humidity is too hot for here.
My husand and I have been trying to stay hydrated with this heat. Thank the heavens for suntea. It's been perfect brewing suntea weather.
We use glass drink dispenser with a spout to prepare our tea so we can just pour it in the glass without removing it from the fridge.

We actually had gotten some glass dispensers to use for our reception and never used them so we like to make several different kinds. Some sweetened tea or fruit infused tea.
Depending what kind of tea we are using we will use 6 to 8 tea bags.
Leave it out on the porch to steep for 4 hours.
Bring it in and store in the fridge. It's just a nice refreshing summer drink.
If you want to jazz it up you can add some fruit to flavor it up. We have added lemon, raspberry, strawberry, peach, and even mint.
The options are endless really.
