Five of My Personal Style Inspirations

I live in the middle of no where in Michigan. We have have strip malls with a shoe store, an outdoorsy store, a walmart, and a discount retailer.
Jeff Foxworthy once said "you might be a redneck if your dairy queen is closer September through May." While I don't consider everyone who lives in my area a redneck but it's definitely a small town.
I take a lot of my fashion inspiration from TV and movies.

Five of my personal style inspirations...

We are going to get started with Buffy the Vampire slayer. She was one of the very first style inspirations for me. I loved how cute and edgy she was. There was nobody doing what she was doing at that time (when I eas young and impressionable and just learning about personal style.)

She was also a badass, so I really idolized her.

Veronica Lodge. I love the details and embellishment. She wears a lot of black which I love so much. I always feel put together in black or wearing embellished pieces.

Jessica Day. I love her quirky personality and adorable style. I love that she wears so many flats. I have ongoing foot issues from a foot injury from years ago thay I keep reinjuring. As a result I can't wear heels the way I used to. 

Kat Stratford. OMG she for me was everything. She was a rebel (which I was not) she was so chill with her style with such a witty angsty personality. 

Zoe Hart. She is the epitome of what I love in fashion. She is chic. She looks chic dressed up or dressed down. She rocks her heels all day everyday. I love almost all of her looks. Some are a bit too short for me, but girl she owns it. She's got some great legs. You go girl!
