A day in the life

I've got a pretty set routine. Today we are going to go through my daily routine.

I wake up anywhere between 5:30 am and 8:00 am in weekdays. (Closer to 9:00 am on the weekends.)
I get out of bed, go downstairs to feed my dogs and let them outside.

(One of the highlights of my day is putting the dogs out in the morning because we have the same sweet routine every morning: while I put Ryker on his lead every morning he gives me a smooch on the cheek. Buck is usually so excited his little bum is just wiggling all over and I can't ever hook his leash right away.)
I then get started with what I need to do for the day. Finish laundry, shower, turn my straightener on, waste time on social media, have some coffee if I need it...
Go to work. I always aim to be at least 15 minutes early so I can stop on my way to work if I need.
My job is not routine at all. There is no set schedule or routine. Somedays it's slow and I am super productive, sometimes it's insanely busy and I accomplish none of mu projects. For me, there is something about that I love. (Obviously I don't love not getting my projects done.) But the always changing flow is nice, it's definitely never boring.
I get home anytime between 4:30 and 7:30.
I am usually exhausted when I get home. Having a constantly changing atmosphere does get to be a lot and mentally I am worn out when I get home. (I love my job though, so it's worth it.)
Kyle and I eat dinner, relax together, and watch Netflix or Hulu.
Sometimes my friend Liz and I will go on a "ride" where we drive around and catch up. We can talk for hours about the stupidest things, so it's just better to get out and about.
I try to go to bed at 9:00 however I usually just mosey up to bed at that time. (I need quiet time to wind down before bed because my mind is always racing. I can be up for 20 minutes to a few hours longer depending on the day.)

Do you guys have a routine? Do you enjoy routine? What do you like or hate about either?
